  This place and their realtors are the same as any other person that rents to people in this town. Inequitable. These people, specifically, David Martin and his crew of two faced procrastinators; will tell you whatever you want to hear, but never act accordingly.
  
  These contracts are only made to protect these shady people so that they can continually pigeon hole their renters in to repetitive situations in which their hands are tied and forces the renter to surrender all their resources, thus making us modern day slaves. Bound by a contract that only the renters are upheld to. But these people who the contract protects can do whatever they want, I mean where else are the renters going to go? Are we just going to get up and leave? No! We can't, and the really sad part is they know it.
  
  Bottom line, these people do really great business and I would imagine especially good if you buy a home. However, renting is different because the odds are in their favor. This company was really thorough, until they had us in a contract and our deposit money in their greasy hands. Now they are taking their sweet time (2 + months) to fix some issues we already are having. And its not that these are big issues, I just feel its the way they have been communicating with us.(which is not at all) You can't just keep putting someone on the back burner for 2 months! That is just rude. Get it together!
